Featured surgeons pay to appear above the Top 500 and the state and city lists, in a labeled band. A featured position does not change a surgeon's score or rank: every surgeon, featured or not, is scored by the method on the methodology page. blepharoplasty.pro is published by Medical Advertising Agency, a marketing firm for surgeons; a featured surgeon may be its client (FTC 16 CFR Part 255). No surgeon is featured
No surgeon holds a featured position as of 2026-09-30. The Top 500 and the state and city lists are ordered by score alone, with no paid placement in them.
What a featured position is
A featured position is a paid placement in a labeled band, shown above the scored list on the pages where it appears. The band names the surgeon as featured and links to this page. It does not add or remove points from a score and does not move a surgeon's rank on the Top 500 or on a state or city list; every surgeon, featured or not, is scored by the method on the methodology page.
Who can be featured
A featured surgeon must first be a listed surgeon, checked by the same candidate process as every other surgeon in the record: Medicare billing, the NPI Registry, a web search and a read of the practice site. blepharoplasty.pro is published by Medical Advertising Agency; a featured surgeon is typically its client, and that relationship is disclosed on this page under FTC 16 CFR Part 255.
Where a featured band appears
When a surgeon is featured, the band appears on the home page, on the Top 500, and on that surgeon's state and city pages. The surgeon's own score and rank are shown on those pages as computed, next to the label.

Inquiries
A practice can ask about a featured position through the contact page. Being listed or ranked does not require it and is never conditioned on it: the Top 500, the state lists and the procedure pages are open to every surgeon who meets the criteria on the methodology page. A reader can report an error in a featured surgeon's record the same way as any other record, through the contact page, with a public source.
