Eyelid surgery work

• Upper blepharoplasty. No-scalpel, laser/radiofrequency approach for droopy eyelids, puffiness and excess skin. Most patients return to regular activities in 7-9 days; results typically last 5-7 years or longer (blepharoplasty).
• Lower blepharoplasty. Often performed via a transconjunctival (internal) approach with optional laser or RF skin resurfacing; most patients return to daily activities within 7 days.
• Biplanar blepharoplasty. Treats lower-eyelid and midface aging together by reconstructing midface structures.
• Ptosis repair. Three surgical approaches named: aponeurotic surgery (tightening the levator tendon), Mullerectomy (Muller muscle resection), and a sling procedure for very poor eyelid elevator function. Bruising is expected for one to three weeks; sutures dissolve within a week, with some kept up to six weeks; most patients return to work in about five days (ptosis-repair).
• Festoon treatment. Radiofrequency microneedling for moderate festoons; the page states liposuction-based techniques "often [produce] inconsistent results" in the practice's experience. Swelling and bruising fade about a week after surgery (festoons).
• Revision eyelid surgery. A dedicated page addresses correcting prior eyelid surgery performed elsewhere (eyelid-revision-surgery).
• Brow lift. Endoscopic brow lift (small hairline incisions, camera-guided); a "gliding brow lift" technique using quilting sutures is described for correcting an asymmetric or droopy eyebrow. Most patients return to light activities within a week; the practice recommends planning 10-12 days off (brow-lift).
