Eyelid surgery work

• Upper blepharoplasty. Incision along the natural eyelid crease; excess skin and fat removed, remaining tissue tightened (blepharoplasty).
• Lower blepharoplasty. Incision along the lash line; fat trimmed and repositioned, muscle tightened, excess skin removed; canthoplasty added for patients with significant laxity (same page).
• Ptosis repair. External approach via eyelid-crease incision to tighten the levator muscle; internal approach with no skin incision tightens Müller's muscle; 30-60 minutes depending on severity (ptosis).
