• Lower blepharoplasty. May involve removal or repositioning of herniated orbital fat, skin reduction, or fractional CO2 laser skin tightening; listed as not covered by insurance (blepharoplasty-2).
• Ptosis repair. Surgical repair of the tendon holding the eyelid up; coverage "depends on condition" (droopy-upper-eyelids-repair).
