Eyelid surgery work

• Upper and lower blepharoplasty. The blepharoplasty gallery page shows cases labeled blepharoplasty alone and combined with excision of a lesion, anterior ptosis repair, fat transfer, direct brow lift, endoscopic forehead lift, and posterior ptosis repair (category/blepharoplasty). Insurance and cost

Brow lift "is generally considered cosmetic surgery" and not typically covered, "however, if your brows sag so severely that your vision is obstructed and the brow lift is deemed medically necessary, it may be covered" (brow-lift). Lower blepharoplasty is "not typically covered by insurance providers" as cosmetic, though a paired upper blepharoplasty may be covered if medically necessary (lower-blepharoplasty). Xanthelasma removal is usually considered cosmetic and unlikely to be covered unless it impairs vision or lid function (xanthelasma).
