Eyelid surgery work

• Upper blepharoplasty. Described as removing loose skin and puffiness from the upper eyelids. The page distinguishes cosmetic from functional blepharoplasty: when heavy lid skin or ptosis obstructs peripheral vision, the functional procedure removing the obstructing tissue may be insurance-covered (upper-eyelid-lift).
